  PC Diag does not offer Live Support unless you are a volume purchaser and you have a ( SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT). If you do not have a SLA  please fill out this (Trouble Ticket) in order for our Technical, Shipping or Customer service departments to assist you as quickly as possible. PC Diag operators can't take messages by phone or relay your information they are not trained in any Support, Shipping or Customer service areas and they do not have access to any of PC Diags customers personal information. NOTE: The codes that are displayed on the test cards are not codes that we programmed into the test cards, the codes you see displayed come directly from the BIOS manufacturer.

If your code is NOT LISTED in our manual, chances are you have a newer motherboard. Visit the manufacture of your BIOS and download the manual of your BIOS direct. In most cases, where the last post code is displayed on the POST card is generally the problem area.

* Investigating problems such as Shipping issues or products you have not received, or offering technical assistance requires MUCH detail. PLEASE be as complete as possible, so we can do our very best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

* Non-Technical Issues such as Shipping or Products not Received yet: In the text box below, please enter the exact nature of your problem in detail the more information you give us the faster we can resolve your issue.

*Technical Issues: In many cases we have to try and replicate your technical problems in our testing beds. So, if your problem is technical we absolutely need you to supply us with enough technical details as possible. If you don't and you leave us guessing then we cannot adequately do our jobs.
