PC-Diag Trial Request Form

We currently offer only our fully featured PC-Diag Professional Suite for trial. Our trial is designed solely for a Professional PC Technician. The user should have a firm grasp of PC terminology and a core understanding of PC hardware diagnostics.

Your trial download will include two download ISO files one DOS & one Windows which you can burn to CD. We do it this way in order for our trial users to have an opportunity to try one or both our DOS or Windows products regardless of what they require.

1) Your DOS Suite ISO includes: PC-Diag DOS Professional, Burn-In and USB test all in one ISO.

2) Your Windows Suite ISO includes: PC-Diag Windows Professional, Burn-In, Windows Remote Controller and Windows Remote Clients.

PC-Diag trial is fully featured with no limitations, except it is only good for three uses of either the DOS or Windows programs. This means our Trial version can be used to diagnose hardware failures on three separate PC's, thereby allowing you the opportunity to now repair them if need be.

INTENDED TRIAL USAGE, PLEASE READ THIS BELOW: We typically have three type of users that request a trial from us they are as follows.

Category 1 User:

This user is serious about trying out our products before deciding to make a purchase for either one license or even multiple licenses of our products such as Site or Enterprise licenses. These users are typically Professional Technicians, Manufacturers, OEM's, Help Desk Operations or Service Centers etc. How do we recognize these users requests are legitimate?
They are always the ones who give us complete and accurate details on our form below. They take the time to describe exactly who they are as a company and what their goals and requirements are. In other words they are looking to accomplish a specific goal and are sincerely interested in trying out our products before purchasing.We take them very serious and will be very accommodating. PC-Diag's goal is to build long term relationships and solve problems for our customers.

Category 2 a Few Uses:

This is a user that wants to only troubleshoot one or two PC's and does not want to pay the full price in order to do so. This user will usually take the time to fill out our form, but usually will never supply us with any other details and that is fine we do understand.

Category 3 Fraudulent:

This unfortunately for the two legitimate users above is the user that wants something for nothing. This user needs to troubleshoot and diagnose a few systems and they never had any intention of ever paying for it in the first place, our product is not FREE ware. This user will rarely complete more then one or two fields on the form below and will rarely ever give us any details. If they do supply details they will usually fabricate a story with fake company names and email addresses just to receive something for nothing.
If you fall into this category don't waist your time. Our Trial specialists look very closely at all the information everyone of our trial users supply us with and based on that information we make a decision what we will offer the trial user. We have been doing this a very, very long time now. Save yourself the trouble and don't attempt as they say to pull the wool over our eyes!

IMPORTANT FOR LEGITIMATE TRIAL USERS: In order to receive your PC-Diag Trial.
We require a valid email address because we will email you your download links and product activation serial numbers.

We highly recommend you put us on your safe sender list. If you do have a (Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail or similar free email what we send you may be filtered out or it will end up in your Spam folder). So, if you want to receive our Trial make sure you put anything coming from @pc-diagnostics.com on your Safe Sender list, but only if you feel our email to you may bounce or end up in a SPAM Folder or you never receive a reply from us.
